Founded in 2015 by Tommy Oliver.
He fell in love with the event industry which led him to create a company that is flexible for the staff; wanting to find individuals who share the same level of passion for making each event special and unique. Rollin Hero is constantly adapting to the roller coaster that is the event industry.

ABOUT THE OWNER
Tommy Oliver is the founder of Rollin Hero Staffing, a leading event staffing company that specializes in providing skilled servers, bartenders, chefs, and captains for special occasions. With over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Tommy has honed his expertise in restaurants, hotels, and catering, mastering nearly every role. In 2015, he launched Rollin Hero Staffing with a mission to help his colleagues find meaningful job opportunities while delivering exceptional service to clients.
What truly sets Rollin Hero apart is Tommy’s personal approach. Unlike app-based staffing services, Tommy believes in building genuine, one-on-one relationships with both clients and staff to ensure every event is a success.
Originally from St. Louis, MO, Tommy brings not only his passion for the events industry but also a love for writing, playing piano, practicing yoga, and, as he humorously says, being "devilishly handsome." His dedication to creating unforgettable experiences and supporting people is at the core of Rollin Hero Staffing. Tommy is always willing to go above and beyond for his clients and team, and he’s just a phone call away.
