Our Hiring Process

We’ve streamlined our onboarding process to ensure efficiency, compliance, and clarity for all applicants.

Step 1: Complete Your Online Application

All applicants must apply through our LiveForce system. When completing your application, please ensure:

All profile sections are fully completed
A professional profile photo is uploaded
Photos of required uniforms (full body) are uploaded
All applicable certifications are uploaded
Your most recent resume is attached

Incomplete applications may delay review and approval.

Uniform Requirements

All event staff must maintain professional presentation standards. Required uniforms vary by role.

Servers & Bartenders

Men’s White/Black Bistro Uniform

Uniform standards and example photos are provided during the application process. Please review all requirements carefully before submitting.

Certification Requirements

Certification requirements may vary by state and position. Applicants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid certifications where required by law.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.

Step 2: Profile Review

Once your LiveForce profile is fully completed, reply to your confirmation email to notify our team.

Our onboarding team will review your application to confirm:

All required documents are uploaded
Certifications are valid and current
Uniform requirements are met
Profile information is complete

If additional information is needed, we will contact you.

Step 3: Contact Us for Final Review

Once your LiveForce profile is fully completed and all required documents have been uploaded, please reach out to our team to request a final review of your profile.

Our onboarding team will verify that:

All required documentation has been submitted
Certifications are current and valid
Uniform requirements are met
Profile information is complete

If your profile meets all requirements, we will send you the next steps and additional onboarding instructions to officially get started with Rollin Hero Staffing.

Please note: Approval to work events is contingent upon successful completion of all onboarding requirements and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.
